Went for breakfast and the server was super friendly and everything started off great! Unfortunately, after she took our order, everything started to go wrong. Got the avocado omelet and there was no avocado; asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy and they were not AND they were cold. The other order was a waffle combo which came out in stages - something was wrong with the waffle so they had to make a new one. So first she got her eggs and canadian bacon and then 10 minutes later she got her potatoes and waffle - again the potatoes were cold. I don't know about you, but I like to eat my meal in its entirety - just ham and eggs on a plate and waiting for the 'main feature' was not as enjoyable. Then we had to ask 2 different people for a refill on the coffee. A smile and sunny personality only go so far - in the end I want what I ordered and I'd like to have it at a reasonable temperature. I will probably give it one more try - since they've got such a great rep and the taste was okay - but they better really kick butt next time!

BEST truffle fries! Pretty much everything on the menu is bomb! LOVE their tuna sandwich, the fries, calamari, sea bass, meatloaf, the list goes on and on. And the service is great too - the entire staff is super friendly and nice and they do a great job! Outdoor seating is very popular and I would definitely recommend the happy hour. See ya there!

My friend and I sat at the bar since the place was super crowded...on a Tuesday night no less! The bartender was super friendly and nice and the place was fun. I'm on a healthy kick so it was a little challenging to find a healthy entree but they have a very extensive menu. Lettuce wraps were pretty good, fries were awesome, pizza was good, iceberg salad was okay... there is also a downstairs area where there is music and dancing on the weekend nights (went a while back, I think they still have this...). All in all a great place and pretty consistent experience (they're a chain).
