Best Mediterranean food on the Island

Fantastic atmosphere and the best Mediterranean food I have had on the island (and I have eaten at tons of places on HIlton Head since the 1970's). Very romantic atmoshpere as well and great wine list. Every time I visit now I make it a point to dine there with my wife.

My husband took me to Antonio's for our 20th anniversary...the staff, the ambience the food....WOW...we had no idea Hilton Head Island had such a fine Italian/Tuscan restaurant. We have been back twice this month already! Josh with his magic behind the bar was the icing on the cake. We're already planning my fathers birthday in their private room.
