Purchased Honda accord 2008 in July. Brought car in 4 times for same problem. Finally saw service manager who stated problem was an error in assembly or part tolerance. Stated this was not covered by car warranty. Wrote to Honda customer service and then President. Simply told they would no longer talk about problem.

The last few times I visited the dealership for service, I left unhappy. Each time I took my car in for a specific service, I was told I need 2 or 3 additional repair items. I took my tires in to be rotated, marked a tire with red nail polish to ensure they were rotated. When I picked my car up, the tire with the nail polish was in the same place as it was when I dropped the car off. That was the last time I gave that Honda dealership business.
