Hampton Hall is swarming with kids as well as those who are retired. The balance makes this neighborhood a great place to live. On Halloween, I had two groups of 15 kids riding on a hay ride, come to trick or treat. The older people are very involved in our neighborhood and community. Daily I see many walkers, bikers, marathoners and dogs walking their masters. The people in this community are friendly because many of them are from other places and excited to meet new friends. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and filled with wild life. And did I mention, it is right across the street from schools, church and very close to Publix. Location, location, location. I am glad I live here.
Pros: Beautiful place to be outside doing anything from golf to walking. Young and old reside here and get along beautifully. Fitness center is very accomodating. Pool and clubhouse offer great social atmospheres. Very safe and close to everything. Price ranges vary and meet many price points. Very friendly neighborhood.
Cons: Homeowners dues - but that is the reason this place is so beautiful.
